I have rang the surgery twice now on different days and each time someone has answered the phone cuts off. I don't know if this is deliberate or an error with the phone line. But it is extremely frustrating having to wait in the queue and then being cut off like that. Very disappointing.

My daughter is having a horrific time at the moment with a back injury and I have to say the surgery have been amazing.

Unprofessional admin staff. Problem everytime contact is eventually achieved. Have personal conversations whilst dealing with patients. Treat patients as though they're a burden. Locum GPs someday none at all. Practice nurse who works one day a week. and nothing changes despite several complaints. I rue the day I chose this practice when I moved back to Crosby and now unable to be taken on elsewhere. Have even paid to see private GP. Apparently still taking on new patients...my advice dont touch it with a bargepole Cant even be bothered to update the website

How is this practice still able to run with such horrendous service? They don't call back when they are meant to and good luck getting an appointment.

After trying for an hour and 10mins to get through I went in person to try and get my child an appointment. I watched and waited. Finally I was spotted and a phone was answered. The person on the phone got an appointment and my son did not- there were none left immediately. And then I come on here to find the surgery is permanently closed and moved but noone saw fit to inform the patients. The doctors are fine, if you can get to one but getting an appointment is nigh on impossible.

After calling every morning for a week when I finally get an appointment the only doctor working is ill. The surgery now has no doctor avaliable for the rest if the week. This definitely not the doctors fault they are ill but I am left wondering how many doctors the whole surgery has? Also now the 4th time a prescription has not made it to the chemist on time. Completely unacceptable
