I have just moved to the area and registered with Blundellsands Surgery. I recently attended an appointment relating to my young daughter. The doctor was very thorough when examining my daughter and took the time to explain what he needed to to us. He clearly outlined the treatment plan and phoned me the next day to check how my daughter was doing. The doctor went above and beyond to help and we were very grateful.

I am new to this practice from July 2022, my experience with this practice starts when you walk into the surgery. The people on reception are very helpful, friendly and go out of there way to help you with your problem. In this surgery I have never had any problem in seeing my GP. My GP is extremely understanding, caring and helpful to my condition. Overall, the GP practice is very professional.

Absolutely amazing procedure for receiving my flu jab today. Booked in for 2 pm, arrived at 1-55 pm and left after being vaccinated at 2-02 pm, Brilliant !!! Can't thank them enough for making this the easiest vaccination I have ever had, well done Blundelsand's Surgery !!!!

I have been trying to get medication to relieve pain in my shoulder which a GP stated i would need if the current medication does not work. I have called today (after calling yesterday with a similar experience) and have spoken to the rudest, most unprofessional and unhelpful receptionist I have ever had the displeasure to speak to. Additionally the doctor who spoke to me last week asked me to speak to my specialist and get their names so that he can prescribe the meds that would help relieve my pain and we are now 1 week on with no actions taken by the GP even though i have complied to all the requests.
