I say this tongue in cheek, but it doesn't matter when you ring or what you need. They always try and help and they understand you. They go the extra mile as standard practise and I can't thank them enough for always being so friendly and caring when you are at your lowest and need help. Everyone needs a Norwood Surgery in their town and listening to my colleagues at work they don't even get someone to pick up the phone to them let alone answer it or give you an appointment.

As I am new resident in Southport, I have found the care team at Norwood extremely helpful and understanding, I spoke to the doctor the phone about getting blood tests that I would like and it was sorted out promptly, extremely impressed excellent team in support of the doctors.
