   All of the staff from the receptionists, nurses and GP's are amongst the most helpful and polite I have come across. Doctors who actually listen, who are reassuring and provide treatment options explaining why, making sure you understand, never really an issue getting an appointment, yes phones are busy Monday morning but can always get through later and get an appointment, so rare. I don't understand why the blueprint for this surgery is not used across the country
