I turned up slightly early and greeted by a very friendly receptionist who said it was not a problem. I was seen on time by the doctor who explained everything to me clearly and throughly.

Had an appointment today , felt listened to, given good advice which was followed up with a link to exercises for my issue. Excellent service.

The doctors mess up referrals which in turn prolong your appointment time with hospitals. Great advice from the receptionist “leave if you are unhappy” Had texts messages with sensitive information sent to me also other patient’s information was sent to me. Madness might have to take the receptionist advice and leave

i have not long moved to pilch lane surgery and have been very impressed with all the staff, they have all been professional, courteous, pleasant and should all be so very proud of themselves, and i have nothing but praise for them all, thankyou, mrs brenda pears.

my wife brenda and i have not long moved to your practice and have been most impressed with how professional, pleasant and so helpful all the staff have been to us both, we wish we had moved from our previous practice a long time ago, you should all be so proud of yourselves, so from brenda and i, we just want to thank you all, yours sincerely brenda and john pears.

I have seen bad reviews of this surgery about receptionists attitudes, I have been on a number of occasions over the last couple of months, I must say receptionist staff have been amazing. Very helpful with my enquiries they went above and beyond what they needed to do to give me the information I required. I have always found them very Professional helpful and obliging with Caring and attitudes.

If you are lucky to get through on the phone you are then greeted by a receptionist who can’t be bothered dealing with your enquiry and asks a fair few questions to tell you there’s no appointments. They then get frustrated if you require more help. There are never appointments and trying to get a repeat prescription is a task within itself. If you make it the surgery you get dismissed but can see others be politely greeted. Not sure if this because I’m not originally from the Knowsley area

Sat waiting 25 minutes after supposed appointment time in an empty surgery still waiting to be seen. You can’t get appointments at the best of times and then when you do you left waiting well over your appointment time
