    I would have liked to make a phone or online appointment, I am unable to get out, to go to the surgery. Also my partner is bedridden, and unable to get a home visit.

    Continually can't get an appointment. Had scan at hospital over a month ago. Flagged on NHS website that the results were there within two days. Has taken a month to get an 'all day, anytime from 8.30am' telephone appointment with surgery for them to tell me I need to be referred to hospital due to the results of the scan. Could have been referred a month ago? Really, really poor service, worsened since Covid pandemic and no signs of getting back to 'normal' since. Can phone 100 times at 8am and still not get through, when you do - maybe 40 minutes later - there are no appointments available. Phoning at other times in day is pointless as they tell you to ring at 8am next morning and process starts again.

    Dear patient I would firstly like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about Bluebell lane .I am the Practice development manager over the Practice , I would like to apologise for the poor experience you have recently received in trying to get an appointment to discuss your Scan results and any delay in further management . We have improved the system going forward in obtaining appointments , you can as you mentioned call at 8.00 am each morning , if you are able, you can attend the surgery and ask at reception , we also offer online consultations which you can find the link on our website , once received your query will be placed on the doctors list in priority of symptoms , and can also have a pre bookable appointment up to 2 weeks if we have the availability . You mentioned you can call 100 times , once you call you will be placed in a queue , if you come out of the queue you will be unfortunately be placed at the back of the queue again ,to prevent this happening can I kindly ask if you can stay in the queue till you are answered and we will help you to the best of our ability .     the last 3 times i have tried to make appointments for this practice they have said it will be 2 weeks, yet when you walk in there is never any queues waiting to be seen, this practice is a joke.

    Staff had the worst attitude I’ve ever come across. I am an 18 year old girl coming for treatment by myself and I have been told to go to different places by two different members of staff. I told the first woman I had an appointment and the answer back I got was ‘No’. I had an appointment thank god one member of staff helped me out. Absolutely shocked members of staff are meant to help you not make you feel worse! Never again will I come back here.

    Your Review: Met the male Doctor today 20/jan/2023 for 4pm appointment. Dr was a credit to his profession. Nothing to much trouble and polite with it. 5 stars Actually getting to see him is more challenging. Well done Dr

    Appointments can only be booked at 8am if you want to be seen the same day, other than that you have to wait up to 2-3 weeks. When calling at 8am the line is constantly engaged and when you do get through. Around half an hour later, you are told there are no appointments left, I had to call for up to 3 days trying to get an appointment. When asked why the service is so bad, they seem to be oblivious to this. Generally bad attitudes from receptionist and the answer machine is also giving conflicting advice on completion of e-consult forms.
