My son has had a few appointments over the last few months receptionists are alway very friendly and well mannered. Doctors we have seen over these visits have put my son at ease and explained treatment need.Thank you.

Worst GP practice I’ve ever encountered. The receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful, they lie about speaking to a doctor on your behalf just do you will hang up the phone and not bother them anymore. You can never get an appointment, they tell you to call at 8am in the morning but when you do you are greeted by an answer machine that tells you you are “ in the Que “ then it buttons you and you have to try and dial all over again. The receptionists have some sort of power trip and you can hear them laughing and joking whilst you are on the phone to them. There never seems to be any doctors there at all either, when you do go in to collect a script you see that the practice is completely empty, so how can there be “ no appointments “ or they are “ too busy “ when there’s never any patients in there? Do not use this GP

How are people actually getting appointments at this practice? I never go to the doctors but this time I really needed to see a doctor but I rang and rang only to get through and be told there are no appointments left. If someone can tell me how they are getting appointments please tell me I’d love to know.

This is my 3rd day taking off work to try get an appointment, 87 redials, as engaged, then get to wait for your contact person, then get cut off. When called back no appointment left, this is at 8.30am in the morning. Have been advised my Cholesterol is very high, got blood tests over 3 weeks ago, when called to check reception said they were fine, asked her to look at the rest of the medical records and then sad yes you do need an appointment, but can never get one. Terrible pratice.

I called in today late morning with a very sore / swollen throat seriously affecting my sleep and ability to swallow. The Surgery was empty of patients - yes, not a single patient but advised by one of the receptionist’s to phone them between 8 & 8:30 the following morning (previous experience of phoning and successfully getting through is 50 / 50 at best). Was informed that once I get through and give the receptionist my symptoms the GP will call me back at some point and may (yes may) offer me an appointment. I was informed whilst there that most of this Practices GP’s are still working from home……Unbelievable!! This Practice cares not one iota for patients working shifts, production / assembly lines, drivers, teachers, nurses etc etc that are not in a position whilst at work to make personal calls or answer calls outside of their recognised breaks. I went to my local chemist from there, they took the time to listen and take a look and realised I needed anti inflammatory throat spray. Why this particular practice is allowed to remain “open” to the cost of the tax payer is beyond me. Is it any wonder that A&E and Walk ins are overwhelmed when certain practices just slopey shoulder their patients off. My chemist is far more useful and helpful than this Practice. I would not recommend this Practice to my worst enemy.

Changed GP after being with this local one for years and it's just gotten worse. Unable to get through even though I called right on the dot they requested. Once I get through some cocky staff member answers saying I can't pre book and to call back in the morning (even though they don't bloody pick up) also told me I could fill out an e consult but either the form was really hard to find or just simply wasn't there, their online bookings too say they aren't in use. It's shocking
