    Awful surgery, they never do face to face appointments. They never refer you to get the services you need when you finally get an appointment. I’ve had to go private on different ocassions as the GPS don’t help. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful. It frightens me how badly this surgery is run.

    This has gone from good, to diabolical, no appointments on the day, so you have to predict when you are sick, and no nurses, if the only nurse who works there goes on holiday, all hell breaks loose.
