After being on hold for 7 minutes, the phone goes dead. I'm sure the reception is busy but to keep you on hold and then disconnect you is very a poor service. How do you contact your GP these days!

some of the reception staff are awful on the phone when they answer with there bad attitudes and as for 2 out of the 4 DRs i honestly don’t understand how they still even have a job beyond disgusting with no intentions of helping paitents who really need it
