I have stage 3 kidney disease, can't get an appointment with anyone til 2024. I've been in absolute agony for weeks but they don't care. Receptionists couldn't care less. Wish I'd never moved I'd still be with old surgery.

You get told e consult will be open from 7am it never is. You then ring from 8am for 3 hours an 200 calls later for line busy to then get told their are no appointments an Try again tomorrow when you have already been trying for 3 days to get told to go the walk in then. Absolutely appalling doctors.

Part of our service is to sign post patients to alternative, appropriate services that can assist with your healthcare issues when we are full to capacity. i have not been able to get on to the online or by phone my doctor does not pass anything over if another referral needs doing

This GP service accepting new pations but why? Probably they got more money if they have more patients or I really don't know. Just because when I went there to see GP they said on the reception I have to call them next day morning at 8. I tried to call them but the phone number is not valid what is on their website. I tried to send online note but it is open only from 8:00 and a day they closed it 7 mins after, the next day they closed 1 mins after. I will report them to the ombudsman and I will leave this practice. And if you want good health don't register to here because they really don't care about you...

We understand your frustrations in trying to contact us via telephone, we are an extremely busy GP Practice were patient demand is high. For patient safety we can only accept a certain number of e-consults via our website each day in addition to our usual appointments. I would highly recommend this practice. The doctors and nurses are careing and very efficient. The reception staff are polite and helpful. My disabled son has had a few appointments in the past year both via telephone and face to face and the staff have all been very kind to him.

Well organised, caring and polite staff. We couldn't wish better surgery. The nurse called me with my last blood test results today which was done less than a week and she compared to last test too. She explained very well and i got a lots of helpful advice as well. I felt she is caring so much about the patients. Special thank you to her.

Polite and caring staff. Fast blood test appointment and results. They keep their eyes on their patients if they have any concerns they do repeated blood tests. They have always time to answer to your questions or to give helpful advice.

I was missing items from a prescription when I collected it from the chemist. As well as processing a new prescription for the missing items in a timely manner, the practice team called the chemist chasing down the missing items on my behalf... something I didn't ask them to do but appreciated. The practice member (I can't say her name, or the review won't be posted) was so friendly and helpful, I felt like nothing was too much trouble

I understand that you have trained receptionist to ask briefly about issues but today's in counter implied I could not speak to doctor without telling her reason of my making appointment, This could be improved with scripted like : (if possible could I ask for brief description on why your making call to ensure you get the best care today thank you) less confrontational from the start this way She told me with annoyance tone that she just gave away last appointment as if I could wait till tomorrow for appointment. I replied if I can make appointment now for tomorrow I'm happy to do so, she quickly shot me down saying she won't do that as against there policy's, I mentioned that your policy doesn't effect my 7 month year old son health.. And I was told numerous times I'm being rude in making that connection no raised voice from me or swearing so simply not wanting to wait to make appointment next day is rude in there eyes I have this audio recorded if anyone would like to here this But does seems like it a on going issue that see no end in site due to reviews on here or on google
