    I had an appointment with a nurse today who was lovely, reassuring and explained everything. I then needed a further GP appointment si she directed me to the gentleman on reception who is a credit to your practice, always helpful, polite and nothing is too much trouble. I seen a fantastic GP who put me at ease, listened and was clear with his plan for me. I had a fantastic service from you today, thank you.

    Wanted to make an appointment for a review and I was told to ring the following week. Contacted them the following week and didn't have one available anymore. Was given an appointment much later.. in the morning I never manage to make an appointment through the phone. When I wanted to use patch didn't have anything available untill following day 00.00h. Just don't know. ..very disappointed

    It is a danger to human health. Impossible to get an appointment whenever online or phone. Waiting for hours to get through. Terrible attitude of reception staff. I have left out of fear for my health.

    The whole team here give excellent support i and my family have been patients here for along time. It's simple give respect and consideration and you will get it back. Its awful the way some speak to them when waiting in the queue. Yes its frustrating but these are extremely hard times a little patience goes along way. I always recommend this practice their dedication and support is a credit to the partners who go above and beyond to help and support. Well done to all the team and Thankyou!

    I’m a newbie to the practice and have health anxiety amongst other conditions. This is a good gp surgery. I’m a nurse and this practice is helpful and the pharmacy in the surgery (Kay’s) are helpful, professional and nothings a bother.

    I got a repeat prescription from my GP in Belle Vale 10 days ago, which never reached the pharmacy. I call the practice and they literally lie, because it has never been sent (they checked in the pharmacy with my NHS number). I finally had to call 111 to get it. What is the point?

    Dear Gema, Thank you very much for your feedback and for taking the time to discuss this with me on the phone last week. Your GP appointment was in fact with Extended Services. They have confirmed with me that your prescription was sent to the pharmacy by secure email at 11.08am on 12th August. I am very sorry that it was not available to collect at the pharmacy, I understand that sometimes pharmacies do not check their secure email when patients go in.     Can’t get an appointment here. You have to phone at 8am to be met with permanent engaged tone, (because everyone else is phoning too). About 1 hour later, after repeatedly redialling, you will eventually speak to someone who will tell you that all the appointment have gone, there are no pre bookable appointments, no telephone appointments and nothing with the practice nurse! You will then be told to phone back at 8am the following morning, whereupon the whole sad process will start again. How long is the gift of Covid going to keep giving as a reason for everything not working as it should?, or is this practice over subscribed with permanently sick patients? You need to have extraordinary tenacity, endurance and the will to succeed, and basically be in tip top health in order to survive the appointment system here. Also not having to work is good too, as you will need to concentrate your mind on at least 30 minutes of dialling and redialling. Like I said, survival of the fittest!
