I cannot get a gp appointment. I have been calling since 8am and it is constantly engaged. When I finally got through this afternoon I was told to call back at 8am tomorrow. No apology just the same phrase again and again - no appointments today, call back tomorrow. I’ll try again but I do not expect a reply or help. You need to make more appointments available for patients.

I can’t recommend this practice enough! The service is always excellent and the staff are polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This week I contacted the practice to request an appointment. I received a call less than 2 hours later and had a phone assessment. The GP needed to see me in person and I was offered a face to face appointment within an hour. The GP explained everything clearly, provided a diagnosis and discussed the treatment options. I would definitely recommend this surgery.
