I needed an appointment with the nurse. The reception staff were polite and helpful and made booking easy. On the day of the appointment I was seen promptly and the nurse was efficient and caring. I would like to thank all the staff at the surgery for their hard work particularly over the last couple of challenging years.

I highly recommend Greenbank Road Surgery. On approaching the practice with a sensitive matter, I have been provided with exceptional care by the doctor I was assigned to. The help I received was delivered discreetly, and in a professional, yet very personable manner. I cannot thank the practice enough for this excellent provision of care and rate Greenbank Road Surgery as amongst the best doctor surgeries I have attended in recent years.
