    Impossible to get an appointment. My dad is 85 and being told to ring every morning at 8 for there to be then no appointments available. No option to book in advance and no e consult for me to try on his behalf. Receptionists could really do with training in people skills and have more empathy towards the patients. Shameful place.

    was advised to try online for a appointment,page just keep coming up as unavailable,ring bang on 8 in the morning,all ready 20 in front of you,the girls working there are sound,not there fault,but it is a joke, appointments are like golddust, sorry but needs saying!!!

    Received my letter to say I needed a smear test, been having gynaecology issues and my periods have completely stopped 5 months almost 6. Having really bad pain lower left abdominal. Arrived for my appointment to be told there wasn’t an appointment there for me on the system and I had to come back in 3 weeks. The day before my next appointment I was called to say it was cancelled and put back another month! The most awful and unprofessional surgery I have ever came across. Let’s hope there’s nothing seriously wrong with me!

    Called to make an appointment and enquires about online appointments or e-consultations. I did not feel I needed a face to face appointment and it was to request a referral which could have been made if the GP had read the notes on my medical record which stated to call the GP when needed and no appointment would be needed. I did not want to waste an appointment time when it could be given to another vulnerable patient. Staff were extremely rude, abrupt and unhelpful. When I asked for an appointment with the previous medical practitioner I was informed I had called the incorrect number. I am sure I would call the correct GP since it’s the same one I have been registered with since birth! I have never called any health service and been spoken to in the rude tone the reception staff. Clearly no customer service skills or people skills. There are so many vulnerable patients in this practice who should be supported not spoken to is sure an abrupt manner.

    My mum who is 98 and been at this practice over 60 yrs has been treated appallingly -- there is no duty of care at all- after a hospital stay last year -- I have had to fight for any support - even ringing Broadgreen myself for results which the surgery stated they had not received on more than one occasion!! I paid a visit to the surgery after waiting 1hr 10 mins on the phone -- to be told no one was available that day 8 different doctors have spoken to mum ( all locums)-- I was even told I was obsessed with my mother and my mother's care (My mum had septis and e-coli )!!! I did put in a formal complaint which was eventually answered 5 months later Unfortunately it's just same old same old

    My mental health hasn’t been great for awhile but despite contacting the surgery and being open with them mental health support has been nonexistent. I have submitted econsults to seek advice regarding both my mental health and another long term condition, they don’t respond to econsults; I literally might as well not be registered at a GP. I wish I had read the reviews on here/google before moving to surgery.
