   The receptionists and secretaries secretly believe they run the surgery rather than serve the needs of patients and provide support to the doctors. Trying to get an appointment is virtually impossible. If that was the only problem they'd be pretty similar to most practices. Unfortunately they're also incapable of performing simple tasks such as reading hospital letters, tasking doctors with writing a prescription and differentiating between receiving a hospital letter and sending a prescription to the chemists. Honestly, it's hard work being a patient at the Ash Surgery.
