    The lines are simply not open at 8, they aren’t even open at 8:10. It usually ranges between 8:15 onwards. Today it was the worst it’s ever been, the lines were not open till 8:26. The later it becomes the less of a chance there are any appointments left, which makes no sense since how could the slots for the day been filled if no one is on the phones, if the lines are closed, if there’s no option to hold? I called every minute on the minute this morning from 8 am onwards because I know what the situation is with this practice and even through I made over 59 attempted calls, and only got through to someone after lines opened at 8:26 and was holding for 4 minutes, I was informed there were no slots left and was simply sent an SMS to fill a form out. This is insane, the are no words left. I have no idea what my options are moving forward because access to healthcare via my local GP is abysmal and it’s only getting worse.

    I sent off 2 e consult forms online with a successful reference number on Thursday and no phone call back stated on the Friday 4th November 2022. No phone call got told to do all my forms again resulting me to do 4 forms to be seen and rude reception staff over the phone! They need training

    Whether it is an in person visit, via phone or an e-consultation, the team at this practice always go the extra mile to help. Knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars.

    Visited the GP practice this morning for help and advice from my GP, was greeted with sarcasm and unfriendly attitude. I have been I’ll for the past 5 day’s. I suffer with migraines which is brought on by the weather, I did however take a COVID test which has come back negative. For the past 5 days I’ve vomited, and coughed up un silty fluids. I have been in contact with 111 who’s has given me great advice and have concluded I should visit my GP. On visiting my GP this morning I was greeted with an un helpful none sympathetic receptionist. I explained my case to the receptionist and was told I’d have to wait for a callback, which is fine, but I truly feel like death. So I asked the receptionist is there no way I can talk with my GP, I am always in fit health, never visit the GP and not on any medication. So the receptionist response with wait for the call it could be anytime today, I also explained to the receptionist although I’m very I’ll I still must go too work as I an self employed! Which the receptionist replied “if you’re that sick, why you going to work”! Is this how you treat NHS patients? Is this synthetic help? Is this the sign of someone working in a caring profession? Not good at all!

    I'm trying for 3 weeks to book an appointment to a doctor to see me. They said "you need to ring at 8 o'clock in the morning " but is nobody answering to the phone till 20 past 8. Every time I ring 8 o'clock is busy. EVERY TIME!!!! And when they finally answer they say "we are fully booked today". How can you be fully booked everyday when you don't answer in your first 20 minutes??? I'll chance my doctor because they are....
