Absolutely great surgery the dr was excellent and his assistant I had a very good experience at the surgery today

A positive experience after a worrying and difficult week with my daughter. Doctor and nurses have amazing communication skills, liasing and discussing my case. I felt confident in the outcome and grateful for their help. All staff I've encountered recently have been welcoming and helpful.

After trying to get an appointment for some weeks I finally got one Due to the personal nature of the visit I will just summarise The GP receptionist was very good and helpful Then the GP was outstanding in his professionalism Spent time listened , assessed , examined ,gave good advise Finally made the relevant referrals Very polite kind and took his time never rushed the client Thank you as you have restored my faith in this practice after having been in this practice for over 40 years and yes it’s had bad press the last few years but yesterday 04.10.2023 the appointment was spot on Hope this lasts

Always polite and efficient to patient care, I had a small procedure today and was made to feel totally relaxed and at ease, during my time under this surgery there has never been any problem with care through to major surgery to minor and follow up care, is dealt with professionally, the practice itself is spotless and well maintained, 10/10 from me Thankyou to all the staff at Langbank medical centre

I have had to have 2 minor surgeries done and each time was put at my ease and explained what they was going to do.Doctor and nurse were very good.

Had injections on my shoulder today and as usual staff and doctor were lovely, always treated with respect and staff are always helpful

I cannot fault this practice. Everyone from Reception to Dr’s are very kind and caring. It is so nice to be listened to and any health issues dealt with efficiently. Thank you.

Contacted the practice after information and maybe a diagnose. The attendant had no human skills or telephone manners. In times where you cannot see a doctor, a telephone consultation should be, at least, bearable. To GPs over in Langbank, please talk to the staff and explain to them how hard is for a patient to discuss their symptoms to a stranger over the phone. Throwing unhelpful information, ask unrelated questions and talking over the patient, who is not feeling ok, doesn't help. To the attendant, you've left me feeling anxious, worried and hopeless. Your attitude have a great impact on others. You should be more considerate to patients seeking help.
