Having problems with my hands since October.. doctors just keep giving me different creams which none work .. hands get so sore I can't use them if I knew how to put a complaint in I would as this is not fair not getting the help you need

Spoke to the gp on numerous occasions about a specific thing! No help fobbed off and was gave medication for anti sickness which was useless because I had pain! Avoid this practice I just moved from this one today to another one! Zero star practice and reception staff are beyond unhelpful!

Had an appointment today they brought in an agency ANP she was fabulous, so professional and caring. understanding and helpful. I hope she becomes a permanent staff member. I have been with the practice for over 30years. Reception staff are great. Obviously the situation in the whole country at the moment with dr appointments is difficult but the reception staff do try to help. However i do wish they had signed up to Gp extra. That would have been a bonus

It currently works out of Highfield Hospital with appointments weekday evenings and Saturdays. Services at Oaks Place are generally very good, repeat prescriptions are dealt with quickly, nurse is fantastic however if you need anything from the GP it is horrific. She's rude, unhelpful and that's if you ever get chance to speak to her after triage or she fobs you off with a number for somewhere else or a self referral for anyone thats not her.
