  1. Review titled Receptionists

Rated 3 stars out of 5

Unfortunately old age has caught up with me this year and I have constantly been on the phone to the receptionists - I cannot thank them enough for their patience, kindness and understanding. It is very assuring to speak to someone who has the time to listen. Just hope all their good work is appreciated by the Drs. Thank you girls.

  2. Review titled Great compassion

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I went to see Dr Malone due to feeling very unwell for a few weeks. Dr Malone did all the tests needed to find out the cause. Dr Malone spent time finding out what the cause was he didn’t rush the appointment and went above and beyond he was very compassionate about my situation which made me feel he cared and wanted to help me.

  3. Review titled Times have changed for the worse.

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Richard Johnson - Posted on 15 July 2022

How times have changed. I don't contact the surgery very often as I know how busy they are. When you phone up to speak with a doctor who you have known for 14 years and they refuse to accept a phone appointment, only offering an appointment with a physio, things have got very bad. Over 10 years ago I had, what I thought was a similar problems, (although I think that this one could be a lot worse) I got an appointment straight away. I only wanted a phone call this time. There is just no decency in the medical practice anymore, what happened to the Hippocratic Oath? As a result I will be leaving this practice in absolute disgust. I hope nothing happens to me in the meantime. Very poor.

Dear Mr Johnson, many thanks for your review and congratulations in noticing that GP Practice has changed in the last 10 yrs. Sadly there are not enough GPs to see all patients individually, but there are other healthcare professionals who have a huge skill base that we encourage our patients to use and are better trained to deal with your health problems. That is how GP service has changed in the last 10yrs. We wish you the best of health and service in your new practice.
