I don’t want to give specifics as I still attend this go and don’t want it to affect my ongoing care. But I have going here now for over a year and have not had a single experience which has been good. The receptionist have no customer service skills and the gp has no bedside manner, doesn’t explain things and is very much rushing you out of the door before you fully understand your diagnosis. I understand GPS are extremely busy and receptionists probably deal with a lot of rude patients. But when dealing with unwell and probably very worried people, you need to have some empathy and give some reassurance. We’re not at the doctors because we enjoy being there.

Iv been with the practice since 2017. Quality service until recently. You are advised to call in at 08.30am to try and get an appointment but no one picks up, with a busy dial tone. When someone finally picks up it’s almost scripted to advise you that there are no available appointments for weeks. When you finally get an appointment it’s always a locum Dr. Furthermore when you ask to speak to the manager you are always told she is on annual leave. Very frustrating I’m even thinking of deregistering and finding another GP practice.

Absolute joke of a practice here staff are a complete joke tired of calling 50 something times throughout the space of 5 hours to never get through Avoid this place go anywhere else how this place still receives budget from the nhs amazes me
