I cannot thank the doctor and staff enough at this practice. Nothing is too much trouble. They are all approachable and helpful whenever you call or visit. The triage system works well and the doctor always calls you. My family and I have been under this practice for years and have always received a very personal but professional service. The doctor is excellent with our children, always responding rapidly to our requests. He has made home visits to us when needed and taken great care with us all, especially the older members of our family. I would not feel comfortable seeing another doctor, he always listens and takes time to talk to you. All of the staff within the surgery are helpful and always there to offer advice and support. I cannot thank all staff enough for the help and support they have given me and my family over the years. Two of my grandchildren have been ill recently. The doctor saw them quickly and made sure their parents were happy and confident in what was wrong. I was diagnosed with a serious condition and the doctor was very reassuring, supportive and understanding of my concerns. This has also been the case for numerous members of our family. Doctor visited my father numerous times when he had Alzehimers and made sure my mom was coping. The doctor is very caring and shows he genuinely cares for his patients.

Always take calls never holding long, andmin team are always helpful and polite, appointments always available within an acceptable time, doctors are amazing , give great care and really listen to you. Nurses are wonderful and provide you with all the help they possibly can . Nothing is too much trouble at this surgery , service is beyond anything I have experienced in the nhs and is similar if not the same to that of private care !

Your Review: I have in recent years been in Ill health and have always had excellent treatment from Dr and his team …. At times they are under the cosh but Nothing is too much trouble ..

Brilliant staff, very friendly and accommodating. GP is very attentive and takes time to listen to your problems, would recommend this surgery.
