I called the practice this morning to get an appointment for my baby. Receptionist was very kind and helpful and i was given an urgent appointment for my daughter. Additionally, the service provided by the doctor was also good. She calmly listened and answer all my concerns. Overall i had happy and satisfied experience. Thank you

Doctor was really supportive. Advice was given regarding issue and explained very well. Face to face appointment was given after phone consultation for check up.

I have to commend the efficiency of this practice, appointment and blood tests done on the same day. My GP here is an amazing woman, caring and empathetic and a true credit to the surgery. I would highly recommend this surgery.

It was very hospitable and friendly, the communication was excellent I felt heard and understood the doctor was able to help me out as much as possible I am feeling much more confident about my health and trust them to carry on with the good work. I would 100% recommend to any new people, it was really good.

I have used the online booking form which was a great way to improve the service. Something to improve would be that my appointment for my blood test results was booked for nearly 3 weeks later.

Took almost a week for staff to contact me regarding an econsult and even then I wasn't offered an appointment until the end of thefollowing month. The surgery does have good factors but there's room for improvement and I hope they improve the service.

GP was excellent dealt with my issue straight away and was friendly and attentive. Was able to get an appointment straight away. Best GP surgery in the country.

Was given appointment for same day. Went in and seen within 5 minutes no long waits. Spoken to with care. All aspects of my health where explained to me and a plan of action discussed to be implemented to control and Improve my future health.
