I am currently working with the team at the Forrester street surgery to treat my mental health problems. The Doctors and the guys on the reception are amazing as they always respond back to me when i need them. Since my case requires urgent attention the doctors have referred me to see a neurologist, they acted rapidly and now i am on the waiting list. I would recommend anyone who is having a medical problem to attend this surgery, lets hope i am healed very soon.

asked for an appointment got it on fourth day for 8:30 when I turned up they said the appointment was 8:15. are symptoms still same come back at 10:45. I have work so can't go to that appointment then get told will put on system you refused appointment and did not attend first appointment. clearly didn't believe me when I said I was told 8:30 appointment just kept asking who called you. now I still have severe pain and no help from this joke of a gp, already going in to work late can't get away for hospital.

Requested repeat prescription had to call a number of times. Very Very slow. Telephone lines are always busy none of the staff know what they are doing. No one know what doctor is even on duty!

My past two appointments for a blood test have been cancelled by the surgery. One with about 2 weeks notice, and the re-scheduled appointment with 3 days notice. What is the point in booking an appointment when it keeps getting cancelled? Very little explanation for cancellation.

I visited this practice earlier today for an ultrasound scan. The sonographer and assistant was very polite and made me feel at ease. They explained everything thoroughly. I was really nervous about my appointment but that went as soon as I went in for my scan. Did not have to wait either was was really useful.

E consult for continuous sick note last week As I know my old note was up Sunday Phoned Dr's few time And Monday 15th November was told My sick note will be about another week to do How does this work What am I surpose to say to my employers Sorry but Dr's won't sign it yet ? Stress and more stress Just what I need after Total hip replacement

4 I ordered tablets, they were supposed to contact 7, on the 12th they sent a text message that the contact would be 13, and on the 13th they said that they had contacted but no one answered the phone.

No appointment available,Receptionist advice to call back 8am same problem the next morning no appointment. E consult are done but ignored,Receptionist more customer service lessons as they are very rude and jus cut you off
