Don't recommend at all. Everything, literally is via test or online, including the impossible booking of appointments. It's impossible to get an emergency appointment, when you do finally get through, you are either told there's nothing available or don't qualify for an emergency. Medication is ordered from an app, not all is show on there and the notes are very regularly ignored causing missed medication.

Wouldn’t answer phone tried all day Tuesday and Wednesday morning to see if they have referred my son to the district’s nurse in the end had to go down they said it had been done, Wednesday night we had to ring the nurse they told us they couldn’t find him on the system nothing had been done so she couldn’t come out to change my sons bag, she told us to go to a&e we were told on Tuesday at the hospital they would referral it to the nurses and doctors.l think it is very bad not to answe the phone straight away.

My aunt has been ill for some time and became bed bound abour 2 years ago. The practice could not have been more helpful accommodating and friendly. I have on several occasions had to have the doctor / paramedic out to my aunt and they have always been prompt, thorough and have explained her condition and medication in detail. I have nothing but praise for the staff from reception right through to the doctors and medic. Sadly my aunt passed away but may thanks to all at Rushall Medical Centre

I can find no fault with Rushall Medical Center. I've been going there for years and the service has always been exceptional from the receptionist to the doctors and the staff in between.

I have a phone call appointment booked for 9am, nearly an hour later I'm told it could be any time, its just a guide to say 9am. They don't care that I have taken time off work to take the call, that I have other commitments to keep. And when I want a face to face appointment or prescription, it's like everything is too much hassle and inconvenient for them. After explaining that it is either urgent care, or I can't use the online service, they don't seem to care and belittle you for bothering them.

They never answer the phones. Can never ever get an appointment even for a 3 year old. They say you can't book in advance and to ring up in the morning so you call first thing to be told there's no appointments left because its too late even though I've rang from before they open to get the call answered on time. 3 year old has a terrible chesty/croup like cough for a week been trying for 3 days to get her seen and still nothing. Want to send me to Darlaston hub instead. Absolutely ridiculous. Two surgeries and not one has any appointments. It isn't the first time this happened and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Rang surgery for some pain relief as can only get on prescription the ones that work for me was sent to physio very quickly that was good told they could give me a prescription also, was told I had muscle weakness which was causing the pain and given some exercises to help he also recommended pain relief can’t get a telephone consultation till 17 so I’m in tears using hot water bottles shouldn’t I have had the pain relief first
