I needed a doctor to call me and they called me for less than a minute and disconnected, didn't give me 2 minutes to attend the call, phone was with me, my ringtone is loud and yet heard nothing due to the duration of the call. I'm very surprised as every person's issue should be taken seriously as it's a GP. Week has gone by and my skin has been left without being looked or prescribed anything. The reception staff need to take the job seriously too. Making mistakes shouldn't be happening. My exzema didn't get any better afterwards. I may have needed some antibiotics but I don't know.

This is the second review I've attempted to post. The first was not displayed. I rang for the doctor to come out to my mother who is 100 years old in October. She had a cough, breathing not too good and very lethargic. The doctor refused to come out and wanted me to bring her in her wheelchair in blazing heat to see him! She is housebound and not something I wanted to do. So without seeing her he issued steroids and ignored the fact that we needed to discuss other problems she has telling me to ring another day. I'm so angry she is being treated this way especially as she rarely asks for help and hasn't seen a doctor for quite some time. Hopefully this post will be shown .

Worst doctors to try and get into they tell you to phone at 8am in the morning and on the phone for almost an hour to be told no appointments left so I always end up at the out of hours doctors which have more time for you... Receptionist are rude and an attitude
