    I requested a prescription on the 17 mar, the last prescription for these tablets I collected on the 4th Jan I'm prescribed 84 tablets each time. Today 28th Mar I have taken the last tablet. As you are now closed till 2nd April that will be 4 days that I do not have this medication. Could someone at the practice inform me when I am likely to receive this medication and who is responsible for playing god!!!

    Worst ‘doctors surgery’ in the uk, appointments gone within 12 minutes today, can never get an appointment, must have 5 appointments a day for the whole community

    I have a chronic health condition and I can never get an appointment. Frequently there is an issue with issuing repeat prescriptions which leaves me anxious and in pain. Poor quality of service and online services are not fit for purpose. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful. There is no care at this practice.

    This practice is awful you phone up at 8am to try and get an appointment and the queue is full and they just cut you off. If you need medication they won’t issue it until the day before you run out of tablets if that’s the weekend then yon run out. You have to phone and phone and phone to get them to issue certain medications because they are expensive and they don’t want to issue them. Shocking place.
