I went to see the doctor because I have a rash on my face and they prescribed me antibiotics.very good service.

I required a treatment and the doctor arranged it for the next day with one of the nurses, who took really good care of me. Everything was arranged and treated so quickly at this practice. Staff are really nice and caring.

After nearly a year of waiting on a referral list from my GP to dermatology, I had almost forgotten what it felt like to have healthy skin. When I finally had the opportunity to choose from a list of dermatology clinics, I did some research and settled on one at Parkfield Medical Centre. It was definitely the right decision. The dermatologist promptly diagnosed my skin condition and prescribed the appropriate treatment. At my follow-up appointment, I received invaluable advice on skincare that truly made a difference. I'm grateful for the kind and professional consultation I received. The medical centre itself is conveniently located with ample parking, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Had health issues January that stopped me from working for a few wks . I called the surgery as was unsure what I needed to do after incident . I got an appointment and dr seen me and helped me with advice and medication . After the episode I was able to access my results and referrals by speaking with dr . He was very thorough with all the information I requested regarding the issue

I moved to this practice after being removed from the castle practice and harlequin surgery for having the audacity to see a doctor face to face I can only sing the praises of everyone at this surgery, phones answered in a reasonable time, helpful receptionists, nurses and doctors and waiting times once at the practice very reasonable The team here have done more for my health issuses than either of the previous two in the last five years Great expierrnce more than satisfied

I wish to make a compliment about the wonderful service I recently received at Parkfield Medical Centre. On the 21st March 2023, I had a growth top sliced in my head at the hospital. When I arrived home, my face was covered in blood and in desperation, I phoned Parkfield Medical Centre to see if they could help. Within the hour, the nurses there had dressed my wound. The following day at the Patient Participation Group meeting, a fellow member pointed out that I had blood running down my face. The Dr immediately dressed the wound for me and then the practice manager made appointments for me to see the practice nurse for follow ups for the next 3 days. This is brilliant service and as a 88 year old veteran, I appreciate very much the wonderful, service they have me and I would not like it go unnoticed.

I'm amazed at the service I received.. Happy helpful friendly receptionists that are happy to go above and beyond loveley doctor who sent my prescription straight to the chemist and blood test done all in a day. Truely fantastic service by everyone in their. They deserve an award...I can't phrase them enough.. a receptionist got out of her seat to see if they could squeeze me in for a blood test. (my old receptionists didnt like to move off their bums)The lovely nurse who did it saying it only takes a minute what a fantastic team you are. I really hope you get to read this because you are all fantastic xxxxx

Just to say a huge thank you to all of you at the practice as you are all amazing and have been doing an amazing job during difficult times. Yet with the covid situation this has not affected any of the care we as patients have needed. Nothing has been too much and always met with friendly faces at all times. You all go above and beyond no matter what. I have never had a doctors practice who have cared as much as all you do. I’m sure that a lot of this time (I might be wrong) there has only been one doctor working from what I’ve seen and yet the care is still outstanding. You are all amazing and brilliant at your jobs. I just thought you’d all want to know as I’m sure you get a lot of people complaining. The phone call system has worked great for myself when I’ve needed it and is sometimes better as I can’t always get to the surgery. Thank you
