This has been my families practice for almost 10 years and I can honestly say that I have always found them helpful. I have never struggled to get an appointment, as long as I call at 8am. In November I had been referred by 111 for an appointment, but when I called the surgery was fully booked. After explaining my symptoms the very kind lady said she would call back in 5 minutes. When she did she had juggled patients around so I could be seen. Resulting in being sent to A&E and hospitalised with Pneumonia. I'm very grateful that the staff were so accommodating. It could of saved my life. The doctors in this surgery are very good. I have always received the care and referrals needed. Very happy with the service!!

They offer timely appointments and the Doctors are caring and efficient. They offer telephone and face to face appointments when necessary.

I have been a oatient here for many years and have always found the staff to be polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I recently saw the doctor with an ongoing medical condition and left feeling reassured and listened to. I also have regular appointments with the nurse who I also find very friendly and helpful. It's a lovely friendly and caring practice.

Lazy, rude and unprofessional staff. This surgery is absolutely terrible and you have to call multiple times just to get an appointment or get anything done from this surgery. They do not care about their patients and are extremely lazy.

The staff are rude. The practice is mismanaged. The GP is away from the surgery often so you deal with a different locum every time. They never call back. There are no consistent standards just excuse after excuse. I gave up with surgery and my new surgery is many times better, so when they blame their failures on nationwide problems it is exaggerated.

My last visit handled my concern very quickly and professionally as they are always. They explained the tests to be carried and booked my tests quickly. I don’t believe I would get better help even if I went private, friendly, helpful team.

The surgery is always happy to answer any concerns. A recent experience of discussing options of having children and the process for surrogacy left me feeling supported and with more knowledge on the situation. They are also amazing with my wife, and the ongoing care she needs.
