Review titled Still using covid as an excuse for phone appointments

Contacted surgery for an appointment was given a triage call and told doctor would phone after 2mths still no better eventually got to see a doctor had blood tests then ended up at Russell's Hall hospital. This could have been sorted at the beginning.

I rang, the lady who answered the call listened and was very friendly, she advised a doctor would be calling me back same morning. My doctor and I can call him that now was just incredible, he took the time to review my history, he listened, advised, encouraged was just the most supportive empathetic doctor you could ever wish for. I rate my doctor as 5* and I know I feel 100% safe in his care, just incredible he was and I cannot recommend more highly this medical practice. "Outstanding

My husband and I have only been with Northway Medical Centre for a short time, and can't praise them highly enough. The doctors we have dealt with, the receptionists, and nurses are all absolutely amazing. True professionalism, caring, and friendly. This is a medical practice they should all be proud of. Thankyou all so much.
