    Lovely receptionists and great service very helpful and accommodating the doctor phoned back and was very informative

    On February 26th, I was advised by my GP that I would be receiving a referral. Unfortunately, it's now been over a month and I haven't received it yet. Whenever I've called or come in to follow up, I haven't received a clear timeline for when the referral will be completed. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the lack of clear communication and repeated delays are causing me some concern. I would appreciate it if the practice could prioritize finalizing the referral at their earliest convenience.

    The reception staff at this practice are absolutely brilliant. They show empathy, are extremely caring and go out of their way to help in anyway that they can. First class service, thank you.

    I rang this morning fist thing they answer and got me an appointment at 9.20 the girls on reception was very helpful and service was first class and the doctor was brilliant the best iv seen for a long time

    Wanted to share my experience since joining this practice about 9 months ago, people tend to only share bad experience. I havent had any issues since moving from Oakham surgery to Bean road. Never had issues with getting through on phones, staff are all polite and helped me with my queries. Also used website to contact surgery and requests been responded to in record time. I am glad I moved. So a thank you and keep up the good work.

    It's really hard to write this review in short box .More than a month we are still waiting for a doctor to see us ,or for the referral that we need ( after a wonderful and so professional face to face appointment in our Urgent Health center) and for the prescription that "may be the doctor said" ( I used this word because it was a phone call and actually I don't know who was on the other side) - still waiting to sign up, something that the doctor was writing...Person with diabetes,with strong infection and skin that is getting down ,after a month waiting for an appointment - received a phone call and promise for an antibiotic....but noone want to see the patient and the family has to try working at home as an surgery nurse... trying to help ... it's not a horror movie - it's the reality in our day.Every single day we are asking and pleasing for help,for a doctor. Empty practice,with only reception ( the last few months - never saw even a person in the waiting room ). This practice has to be check ! Not sure that there is a doctor at all. Two families ( and may be much more ) with a GP only on a paper.Every day there you can see only patients asking " what is going on?"Repeat prescription - the same issue - You have to start walking to there 1 week earlier,to receive your medicine on time.We are starting all that we can do to make a complain against this - with so many documents and messages.If the don't have a doctor at all ,they should be closed.The people are getting worse with every single week on a waiting....only for a phone call even with diabetes,with really bad infections,with ear infections,going to a 24/7 really strong headache....I can say so many stories only from the last few months...And I will do it .

    Great difficulty getting appointments. Everyone told to ring at 8.00 am. Then it can take more than an hour to get reply then appointment offered several weeks later. I have had to attend surgery to make contact after no reply to telephone contact. I have not been able to see doctor when ill on several occasions and used local walk in services, who despite the wait have diagnosed and treated me. Well done Wal.k in services Last week was experiencing breathing problems had to use walk in services, as not able to get GP appointment, diagnosed with severe chest infection. No wonder hospital and emergency services are overwhelmed as certainly my GP practice is not providing care for me despite being paid to do so.
