Surgery isn't where the map says it is went for a blood test and the nurse wasn't sure what bloods to take.

I've moved to St James Medical when I was 18. By far I've never had bad experience, the staff are always friendly and very helpful. Never felt uncomfortable to explain what my issue is to book appointments, they are very caring and reasonable. Will always try to meet all needs possible. Highly recommended will always advice friends and family to go to St James Medical.

Had a missed call from surgery called them straight back was told someone would call me straight back hour later no return call so I called the surgery I was number 3 in que after half an hour of nobody answering I gave up and hung up . Appalling customer service.

I have rarely needed to visit the Drs. On moving to the area in 2020, I was recommended to join this surgery. I have recently needed to visit the surgery twice and have received a friendly and efficient service from the reception staff and both GPs that I visited. As with most GP surgeries it takes a while to get through on the phone due to the high number of patients they need to see, but they have a queue system which advises where you are in the queue, which helps and they also undertake online bookings. Very pleased with the service I have received and I would highly recommend this surgery.

I joined this practice in September after moving too the area and having a bad experience with another surgery, I have quite a lot of complex issues the drs are fantastic and the receptionists have always been helpful , my medications are done on time and if there's an issue there brilliant at rectifying it ,cant reccomend them enough
