I am very thankful to all at the Waterfront Practice. The doctors, nurses, and support staff are very helpful, kind, polite, and really do care for our well-being. More than once they have gone the extra mile for me, and I am very grateful. Keep up the sterling work that you are all doing. 5 out of 5 stars! God bless and a very happy 2024!

The reception there seem to run this practice and getting past them is very difficult some people need to work for a living and getting to speak to or see a doctor is made even more difficult by reception team not all illness needs you to be off work but nothing in place for this it used to have appointments for workers on an evening not now

Thank you for your feedback today. We can assure you we do accommodate patients who need appointments out of working hours. As you can imagine these appointments go very quickly. We can also offer you appointments two weeks ahead if needed. If you need any more help please contact the surgery

The surgery itself I find to be fantastic I have a medically complex child who for the last few months has been very poorly and the surgery has always ensured he’s seen the same day in the last few months and any medical issues dealt with in a timely and great manner with most of their gps being great, however today is very different I was actually very disappointed we saw a gp that we hadn’t seen before now go was very polite but I found them to be unprofessional my son is again poorly and gp didn’t do all the checks needed (didn’t check his sats despite being asthmatic) abs passed us off as viral even though he has symptoms of a chest infection and ear infection I would absolutely be ok and accept that it was viral had gp not said it was viral and likely travelled to his ear….. he had his ear pain first so that would be impossible, I now have to keep a very close eye and look at calling 111 if needed due to him not being Checked properly as he’s still compliant he’s not well and chest hurts
