I've been a patient at Stoke Aldermoor Medical Centre for some time now, and I am thoroughly pleased with the services provided. l.u.i.z.a , has consistently delivered exceptional care, making my experience here truly positive. She is not only super professional but also incredibly patient with kids and grown-ups alike. Her expertise shines through every interaction, making me feel confident and comfortable during my visits. She has a wealth of experience, and her dedication to patient care is commendable. I truly appreciate the care and attention they provides. It's reassuring to know that such a competent and compassionate professional is part of the team at Stoke Aldermoor Medical Centre. Thank you, Nurse and the entire Stoke Aldermoor Medical Centre team, for your outstanding service and commitment to patient care!

On Friday 27/10/23 I was asked to attend the surgery at 13:40. That journey alone is enough to cause me discomfort. The Doctor made arrangements for me to attend M I U at Coventry University Hospital. I was asked to return a C P A P machine at the same time, which entailed a trip back home first (which foolishly I did). The Doctors know I struggle with access to & from my property & in & out of taxies. All in all I was out for about 8 hours & exhausted. During Friday night I was woken up about 4 times with severe pains & cramps in my legs. 1 time my right knee had almost locked in place (very painful) my left knee was throbbing & painful & my ankles are still very swollen & aching more than usual. I have been invited to return to the surgery on Monday 31st for a shingles vaccination, which, due the above, I won't be accepting. Whilst I agree with most of the previous reviews & comments, I totally disagree with being asked to leave a review. Why? A: Doctors have our physical, mental & (literally) our lives in their hands. No-one (except for possibly me) is going to give a bad review. That is gross manipulation of the facts & that (in my opinion) shouldn't be happening. That being said, except for the above, everyone at the surgery, looks after you very well (& for that I would give them 5*). A certain Doctor's attitude on the telephone (on the other hand) leaves a lot to be desired

I was feeling pretty poorly on 22nd. I phoned the medical centre at 8.30 and was given a telephone consultation. The doctor decided he needed to see me in person and asked me to come to surgery at twelve o’clock. I was diagnosed, within four hours of requesting help. Exemplary service

My experience with the surgery and doctor was extremely positive. I was made to feel comfortable and I felt the my concerns were listened to and resolved with a lot of consideration. Highly recommended!

Dr Aggarwal has been a very helpful doctor, he goes the extra mile to resolve any health issues I may have. He has been my doctor for a number of years, he has been a professional, caring and friendly doctor. I would him recommend him to anyone who was looking for a good doctor.

Dr Aggarwal is amazing! He walks the extra mile to provide his patients with treatment and care. Very few Doctors can match upto his extensive clinical knowledge and acumen. He matches this with a personal care, calls patients to ensure their welfare and follows up their onward referrals to the hospital meticulously. He is very well respected by the Consultants in the hospital and they value his input and referrals. Despite all his achievements he constantly updates his encyclopaedic knowledge constantly making sure his patients receive Top Notch care. He truly is an inspiration for all the younger generation of aspiring Doctors

Dr Aggarwal is a knowledgeable and very caring doctor. He is always working in the best interest of his patients. He has a kind personality and will go beyond the call of duty to help his patients. My family is very lucky to have him looking after us.

The experience I have had with Dr Aggarwal has been brilliant I feel comfortable talking to him, always listens to my problems I would highly recommend him to everyone.
