I rang up and was held in a queue , when I got through receptionist said can i help you i was just saying i need to speak to a doctor and next thing the phone gets cut off, and the receptionistdoesnt even have the courtes yto ring me back , very unprofessional , bad reception they think they are the doctors !!!

Wonderful care from the doctor and nurse given to my in-laws over many years. Always on hand over the telephone and prepared to go the extra mile with home visits. I could not speak more highly of them.

I speak to the reception staff quite often for my Mother.. Although it takes a long time to get through to speak to the receptionist .. I have found that they are very helpful and always willing to help..I do understand that all GP practices are busy but a lots depends on how the staff behave over the phone .. Myself and my family have been with Paradise Medical for over 50 years.

Terrible main receptionist to the point I'm hesitant to even call when I am sick. Asking a lot of questions and tries to cut you off from doctor appointment.

don't recommend this surgery, the staff are rude and very unprofessional. Can never speak to the manager, they just tell you he's busy or that he will call you back but never does.

Have spoken to the receptionist regarding the same issue multiple times. She hung the phone up on me and was very unprofessional and rude. Wouldn’t recommend this surgery.

Very nice kind caring considerate woman at reception and she has been doing a great job for many years since I have been visiting this GP since 2005. Thank you very much for your help as always.
