every time i have attended the practise the whole staff are excellent helpfull and profesional and nothing is too much trouble this goes for the doctors and nurses

I have been with this practise for over fifty years and it's means nothing. You are treated with contempt by a particular receptionist who is rude and who thinks she's a doctor.! The others try their best. I have now left the surgery which is the best thing I have ever done. Iam now treated and listened to with respect. I would not recommend this practise if you have serious medical issues as you will be fobbed off like myself. Awful communication.
