Credit where credit is due, receptionist on the phone was brilliant, very understanding, understood my problem clearly and got me an appointment with Mr M who was fantastic. I believe the receptionist to be called kr, on the phone and face to face her service was second to none. The surgery have never failed myself or family, never have a problem getting an appointment and always with the correct person. All those at Cheylesmore surgery are very professional, friendly and empathetic. One of the factors of us not moving address is to stay at this surgery!

My family and I switched to this GP because it was like trying to win the lottery to get appointments at our previous GP & the staff felt like they were rushing to get to the next appointment. What a huge difference, literally have nothing bad to say about this practice. Instead of having to call every day for an entire week just to get an appointment for me or my kids, now we can get appointments immediately. Staff are lovely and professional too, thank you for taking such good care of my partner recently.

I’ve never been so happy and satisfied with a doctor’s surgery! Go above and beyond for their patients and from personal experience and having to change doctors due to not being listened too, I was left speechless with how quickly my worries were resolved by them. Absolutely incredible

You never see the same GP more than once. Some of the GP's are downright rude. Must have missed the day their class covered empathy. I get that the NHS is over subscribed and under funded but there seems to be a number of GPs that become GP's for reasons other than helping people. I had to chase Blood test results to find out a crucial test wasnt done so now have to take out time to go and get another blood test form then another blood test. GP called before the appointment time which meant I missed the call then refused to call me back. Standard practice in NHS is if patient misses call you call back 2 more times. Once would have been enough. After all our time is also precious. Requested a referral to a service over 6 months ago that still hasn't been done. No medication reviews have been done in years. No follow up after hospital procedure. Not Acceptable. I will be making a formal complaint and moving surgery. Reception staff are helpful.

I have visited the surgery a couple of times since moving into the area. Each time I have been able to get straight through and speak to someone, get appointments and get appointments within the same week (or day when urgent) My appointments have started prompt and on time, never leaving me in a waiting room for too long. The reception staff are excellent, the GPs I have seen are very compassionate and the surgery itself is immaculately kept. I cannot fault this clinic. I have moved from a clinic which never answered calls, never had same day or week appointments, was clearly very stretched on resource and run down. What a difference.

The Drs are very proactive and accommodating. Quick appts always available even on short notice. Reception team are welcoming and friendly. highly recommended.

I don't visit the doctor very often but just recently I have had several dealings with them. The Doctors and receptionists have been helpful, polite and courteous. Always friendly and always found a solution to my needs.

Reception staff are always helpful and efficient. My GP is particularly thorough, professional and at the same time very personable and thoughtful. I have never had a problem making appointments either on the phone or in person and I have never been made to feel hurried even when they are busy. Nothing is too much trouble. A true community asset.
