Spoke to the reception team this evening as I had received a text about immunisations. The receptionist I spoke to was so helpful and was able to check the family records to check all was up to date and put my mind at rest. I forgot the ladies name that I spoke to but I called at 5:30 pm on February 6th. Really pleased with my experience today.

Useless service, appointment booked for several weeks, cancelled within 24 hours notice, want to rebook in another 7 weeks times time Chap on the phone couldn’t be less helpful if he tried

I rang to speak the doctor regarding my blood pressure, which I was asked to monitor for 7 days. The receptionist who dealt with me was kind and patient not forgetting friendly, gave her my reading and thanked her for her help and time.

Visited Forum Health Centre which isn’t my normal GP practice Saturday 25th March for an out of hour’s appointment what a pleasant surprise to see a friendly receptionist on duty (normally unheard of in GP practices) I saw a fantastic Doctor who listened and took time out to speak to me and didn’t rush me out of the door ! Whilst I was there I happened to speak to the out of hours manager who explained to me that this was a new service that had been running for 6 months and offered both evenings and Saturday appointments and not just GP’s, but nurses and pharmacists too! Can’t believe I haven’t seen this service advertised before! From now on I will always ask to book an out of hours appointment. How refreshing to see staff who were polite friendly and clearly happy in their work! Please pass on my gratitude to them all.

I have been with this practice for over 40 years and have been very satisfied with my treatment and that of my family. I have seen many Doctors and Nurses over this time and would rate them all as excellent, friendly and professional.

Every time I come welcomed with nice reception staff, and doctors and nurses are so kind and helpful and supportive Don't have to wait long and on line consultation so quick well-done all

Been waiting two months on results now. The Dr called on Friday - didn't get through - claimed the number just rang. No missed calls my side, and checked the phone was working. Now another 10 days to wait to get a script? And they wonder why people clog up casualty?
