   I had a telephone consultation booked and missed my call due to my phone being broken after ringing him back I was told that I missed my appointment time and I had to book another appointment, it had only been 5mins since he had rung me. They have no compassion and I was incredibly shocked at this doctors behaviour as I held him in very high respect.
