I had a consultation with the doctor but forgot to ask some questions used nhs app to contact surgery and they dealt with my equire and contacted me back straight away. It's important that we respect the service which they provide as they try their best to deal with so many patients through out the day

When you are a patient it's not only the GPS that help you it is also the rest of the staff that play a part in your care eg receptionists and this time I was helped by the practice manager who took time to listen and advised me well not only does this help them to orivide a service but has simplified my care which I am able to access myself rather than going through reception . I would recommend that patients who are able to use technology be told of certain services that they can access which will help ease the work load of the staff so once again thank you to practice manager who helped me with my enquiry.

My experience of this practice has been fantastic. The reception staff , nurse and the doctors are very professional and caring. The reception staff are very helpful in dealing with queries regarding medication and test results. This is a very busy surgery and the staff are always pleasant even though there is a lot going on. The surgery sends out text reminders for appointments which is a good reminder. I would recommend this surgery to future patients.

Iv had a large cyst on my head for a while and asked if there was anything that could be done (it’s interfering with my sleep as i cannot lay on my back) fast forward to today- 24 august 2023 im still waiting after they apparently reffered me to minor surgery. I rang a couple of months ago and just got told basically its not their fault cause they reffered me.
