Waited with my mom in law fir blood test. The staff were great knew her name and were great with her cos she's very frail. The lady on reception even asked if she was okay for tablets. They didn't rush her. The nurse was lovely with her. could hear the phones ringing all the time and saw staff constantly answering the phones. Ive looked at other reviews and I'm not one to leavevreviews but i honestly was impressed. I'm going to join this surgery. Its not one of those big surgery's but I think these people do seem to care

The receptionist are so rude, they don't listen to what patients are saying. You can never get an appointment. It's like they take the phone of the hook until 8:50am.
