Visited today for a smear and blood test, the nurse put me at ease straight away. She was very kind and also very professional and helpful. This surgery is unlike the rest in the area, if you need an appointment they give you one and the doctor will always spend time listening to you, have recommended to friends and family.

I had to visit 3 Times before my anxiety was acknowledged, staff were caring but felt I was dismissed as 'everyone was feeling stressed'. Once properly diagnosed, I was offered support and medication and have since improved significantly. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called and was treated respectfully.

Reception staff are excellent Very easy to get a face to face appointment Doctors and nurses are excellent
