    Today i went to my surgery for blood test after waiting 30 min they called me and said you are not having any appoinment of blood test here i told them that i am having confirmation message of my appoinment but after seeing that message they said no these messages are wrong.Before 3 weeks they guys called me and booked my appinment on phone but on the appointment day they said you are not having any appoinment here which is very inconvience and time wasting.

    Two days I have been trying to get an appointment to see a doctor, and can't. I call in the evening and get told to call in the morning. I call in the morning to be told non available especially an appointment for a female doctor. This has been going on for many years now since all good doctor's and management as well as all good receptionists have all gone. The surgery Craddock Road Saltley Health Centre seems to be going downhill. Appalling that we can't get appointments even when calling at the right time. Absolutely disgusting.

We have recently employed a female salaried GP and we also have a regular locum female Dr who works with us on a weekly basis. We offer many options to book an appointment, we offer pre bookable appointments, on the day appointments, and we can also give patients online access were you can book appointments yourself. We also recently implemented a new online triage system for patients requesting same day appointments, you can access this via our practice website.     I have been trying to book an appointment with the doctors for over a week. Every time I ring there’s no appointments. I rang at 8:30 on the dot this morning and was in position number 1..for 47 minutes before my call was disconnected. Not only can you not get an appointment but they can’t even get your repeat prescriptions right - I have a repeat prescription for the last 3 years and since the start of 2023 I have to ring the surgery every month to remind them to send my repeat prescription to my pharmacy as for some reason they can’t seem to process this simple task. Would not recommend at all. Absolutely awful service. Would not recommend even to my worst enemy.

    I have been waiting in the que on the phone since 8:30 and they just disconnected my call. I have raised this with the practice before, you are putting people at risk when we are not able to get in contact with you. If the doctors tell me to book an appointment to review medication before moving forward, and it takes weeks to get an appointment, that means I am without medication. That puts my health at risk

    Had an appointment at fernbank and was told by these clueless receptionist it was at Saltley. Was not notified as I always attend fernbank for my appointments. As I was making my way to Saltley I was called to come back as the appointment was in fact at fernbank. Wasted 20minutes and was late for my appointment. The staff need to be trained on firstly how to speak to patients and secondly have the correct information. They also hang up the phone on you as soon as you get through to them. They don’t send appointment reminders anymore either. Poorest practices I have ever experienced.

    An awful practice, terrible service. Receptionist who nearly cost a life. Once through the GPs are great . Front line staff awful and favour those who can get to the practice at 8.30am to book appointments, most can't. 4th worst in Birmingham.

    This has to be the worst surgery In Alum Rock I have been trying to make an appointment for over two weeks now i have a gynaecology problem can’t share full details on here, I explained everything to the receptionist but I still didn’t get an appointment I have been ringing 111 and have been going to washwood heath well-being centre and I’m keep on being advised to see my GP!! How can I go to the GP when there are no appointments available or any support!!!!

    I phoned on 8.30am was told position 17 I was waiting until 11.25 when someone answered was then told all appointments had gone for that day to ring back next day at 8.30 . Why didn’t they tell me that in the beginning instead of keeping on the line for nearly 3 hours .You can not get appoint moments at this surgery

    This surgery hasn’t changed in over 10 years, they’re poorly managed taking on too many patients with not enough doctors and appointments. There’s always an excuse that gp’s are off sick, they never have emergency appointments. I called by 9:30 and all same day appointments had gone as well as all emergency appointments. It’s not good enough and they’re failing their patients needs. Senior staff can be rude, receptionists triage your symptoms which isn’t safe. This practice needs to be shut down or make some serious changes.

    Ringing surgery and was first in queue no answer left it ringing so got someone to drive me to the doctors and walked in and the phone was still ringing with 4 people sitting around. The government must accept responsibility, they allow familly and friends to control proceedings without any supervision or checks. The system is failing.
