    All of the staff are kind and helpful. They are invested in making the right choice for their patients. Incredible service. Hats off to them.

    Advised next available appointment was in 5 weeks time and blood tests that were undertaken not recorded on records. When you do manage to get an appointment, they don’t call as advised. Moved GP surgeries and got an appointment within 2 days. Much more helpful when you need it. Consider moving!

    Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. We are extremely sorry that your experience with the practice has been poor. We do offer appointments at Pharmacies and other surgeries named "The Hub" at College Green and Northwood Medical Centre, patients can also register on-line where there are designated appointments for patients to book. If this was not offered to you again we are very sorry. Unfortunately sometimes demand outweighs our capacity and we are working very hard to resolve this. Once again please accept our apologies.     just horrendous. been trying to get an appointment for a week, i call at 8am, and at 8.01, and 8.02 and 8.03... line is always engaged! actually went to the practice in person today to try and book. only one woman answering the phones!! the way GP appointments work now is a JOKE! except no-one is laughing. secondly, are you serious that it takes a week to register a new patient?? (lets not forget the fact that when i called yesterday to ask how i register, you told me to go to the surgery, so i do and you are out of stock of PAPER?? Am told to do it online, could have done that yesterday! I need someone to see my 4 week old, instead of being able to fill in a simple form and see someone, I will now have to clog up the childrens hospital queue because again, your practice is a JOKE!

    Dear Alison, Thank you for your feedback, it is important that we receive feedback whether it be positive or negative so will can learn from it and try to improve on any issues raised. Please accept our apologies for your poor experience, it must have been very frustrating. We try hard to provide a good service to all our patients but accept there are times when we do not meet their expectations and fail to deliver the service we try hard to maintain.     I have been a patient for many years, over the last few years I have had health issues and the practice have been great with my appointments and dealing with my problems.

    My daughter was so poorly just over the bank holiday. I called the surgery expecting not to get an appointment. However, they booked me an appointment straight away and even managed to help rearrange my minor survey to suit. The reception team at both Weoley and Grange were amazing, particularly the young man at Weoley Park who went above and beyond to support us! Also a lovely female receptionist who helped tirelessly with her prescription. Both doctors we saw were wonderful and put themselves out to see my daughter. Wonderful service!!
