I due to the overwhelming strain on the nhs was contemplating leaving the suburbs of Birmingham to move to a rural practice however after my visit today and seeing through the strains of the practice, the professionalism of the staff and Drs I've decided to stay. The GP I saw today was brilliant and outstanding.

I've recently joined the surgery new and the service and the doctors have been great. The receptionists are always prompt in answering queries & phone calls and go above and beyond in assisting. Would definitely recommend the surgery to friends and family

I have been with this GP for years and it is the best GP. The customer service is great, the receptionists are always friendly and the doctors always take their time with the appointments.

Staff are very friendly. Drs are always helpful and thorough with their assessments. I am very happy at this surgery. When I need an appointment, I am always catered for and I would recommend the surgery to people.

My experience has been regular and great with the GP and since registration I have been accommodated appointments for my vaccinations and be reviews which are up to date. Happy with the service.
