All the staff are super. Efficiency in appointmenting, timely and responsive. To all staff at Dunchurch thank you for your hard work and hope the rest of the winter season is manageable for you. We really appreciate you!

Recently moved to Dunchurch and the kindness and care I have received from the surgery is outstanding. The receptionists are polite and helpful and fortunately have only required one face to face appointment with a doctor and that was a really positive experience. I had a same day appointment and problem identified and sorted very quickly. I can’t speak highly enough of them and am so grateful to have such a lovely practice. The only observation I would make is as a person with hearing difficultys, I found it hard to hear my name being called because of the music playing but overall a really good experience.

Review titled So lucky to have this as our GP practice

As part of my professional role I speak with people about their health and regularly have to refer them to see their GP. I cannot believe the difficulty people have at accessing their surgeries to be seen or spoken to. Thankfully I have never experienced this at Dunchurch Surgery. They are very responsive, with no long waits to speak with a receptionist, and I have enjoyed the flexibility of have a phone call or a face to face meeting with my GP. All of the staff have been more than helpful. I would like to say thank you to you all for the service you offer.

During my five years in Rugby it is only recently that l have had cause for more regular contact with the surgery. I have found the receptionists helpful and polite and the doctors extremely 'human' and professional. Given the incredible pressure that GP practices are working under as a result of Covid and under investment in GP numbers etc. l have been incredibly impressed by the caring and efficient service provided. My thanks to all the medical and support staff involved with the practice - your hard work is warmly appreciated - especially at these challenging times.
