Attended surgery on 22nd April for removal of sutures post op ! The nurse (I believe from an adjoining surgery ) was professional and courteous and made the experience Almost pleasant due to her caring and efficient behaviour Thankyou

Doctors and Nurses are exceptional, caring, thoughtful and excellent medical professionals .... when u get thru to them. The Reception staff's attitude is uncaring, bordering on rude, they dont ask questions, they assume. They talk over you without listening, if they make an error, we all do, never an apology. They dont make eye contact when they talk to u face to face or even appear to acknowledge u are there. I went to collect a letter and she just pointed to the appt booking in computer. Every encounter I have had over the last few weeks I have felt like a nuisance or hindrence to reception staff. The Doctors/Nurses have all been amazing.

Dear Sir or Madam, thank you for taking the time to comment on the surgery. I am sorry that you feel that the reception staff have not dealt with you in an appropriate manner. If any of these events were over the telephone and you would like me to investigate this further, if you could provide me with dates and times of calls I can listen to them, all of our calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Regarding events that have happened in the practice, again if you could provide me with dates and times of such events I can investigate this, we have CCTV within the building. They have amazing doctors and nurses, but unfortunately the receptionists aren’t good enough specially through the calls. This GP should have a reception’s call investigation to check how people are treated while on the phone. It’s incredible the coldness and lack of care for the patients through the phone. Ridiculous…

Most of the time we been very happy with this surgery service. Doctors are very caring, approachable and professional. They been looking after our family for more then 10 years now and we really appreciate them for their amazing service.

The receptionists do not have a good manner. Even by phone they are very arrogant and do not wait for you to respond. As English is not my primary language I do need time to think and they not respect this. When I went there the receptionist even did not make any effort to understand me. Comparing with London where I have been before this receptionists’ practice are horrible. However, the doctors are amazing and this is the only thing to me that make this GP worth it to go.

All staffs are very helpful, I have been with practice for a decade and never had any issues at all, always getting appointments , treatments and referrals when I needed, I would definitely recommend to family friends and the others. Thank you Riversley Road GP.

I can not praise the professionalism and kindness of the staff at this practice. I had a call back today to discuss my complex medication needs. Nothing is too much trouble, only yesterday my wife had an urgent need for some medication, the same day we had a call back from our GP and the medication was issued immediately. This surgery really has set the bench mark that all GP surgeries should aspire to meet! Thankyou
