I had an issue and sent in a complaint they came back to me with a call the next day. The lady handled it quickly and efficiently and apologised. the reception and telephone staff are always pleasant and helpful. When I have called they have done as much as within there means to help.

I know doctors surgeries are very busy places. However I have had recent surgery and needed help with my wounds and then I needed immediate access to a doctor. Yes I had to use the outdated phone in the morning procedure. However once I received my call back you could tell how hard they tried to get my issues dealt with. In fact I ended up visiting the surgeries 4 times in a week. I was treated with respect at all times whilst on the phone and during my visits. So all I can say is that when I needed help I got help. Thank you to all involved

Recently contacted my GP for an urgent query. Initial conversation with admin team who advised to send an email with photos to avoid error. Query resolved very quickly. Very thankful for the teams rapid response.

I don’t call very often, but yesterday 7/2/24, I called at 2.00pm I was attended to by a very kind, polite and understanding member of staff. She immediately sent me a link to put some photos of my foot. At 2.40 I was called by a doctor and given an appointment at 4.00. The doctor was excellent and very thorough and helped me understand my problem and prescribed some medication. So by 4.20 I had finished my consultation and left the surgery a happy patient. I just wanted to say thank you for such excellent service.

I personally have had excellent experiences at this surgery. While it would be nice to pre-book appointments, my daughter and I have never struggled to be seen when needed. The doctors are very attentive and sympathetic, and the nurses always excel and are very kind. It's a clean and pleasant space, with good services; iapt, pharmacist, dietician, etc., and very conveniently located. I want to particularly thank the reception and admin team, as I know it is a thankless job. I've witnessed them being yelled at or mistreated, and it's why it's important to me to thank them. They always go above and beyond, and always are very informative and friendly, and I appreciate how professional they are, even when things are difficult. Thank you to all involved at the surgery.

Very thoughtful and kind in approach.Listened and explained how to resolve issue.Very personable and professional.I brought up how people are rude when in practice. Which isn’t deserved and is unacceptable .Please respect your local practice and gp.

Referral sent from another health care service to make a hospital follow-up appointment. 6 weeks later on contacting Springhill to ask about how long it would be. Informed the Referral was lost and it was up to me to get another one. Shocking service.

All the team that helped during my recent illness.they were first class.the only difficulty that could be to make improvements with the tlephone answering systems especially when in comes to booking surgery appointments.

This practice would benefit greatly from training in communication skills and patient centred care. Staff are making wrong and potentially dangerous decisions regarding patient care. Particularly where clinical reasoning should be involved in the decision making. To make things worse communication is very poor. Interrupting whilst a patient is trying to explain, not listening and showing no empathy what so ever. Also failing to escilate a complaint appropriately or seek advice from appropriate professionals to make clinically informed decisions. Very poor experience from this practice
