Very disappointed, only one receptionist who has empathy, the others need some customer care training. Let down by the whole practice.

This has been my GP surgery for many years. Never once have I struggled to get an appointment for myself or my daughter. The doctors are so professional, helpful and reassuring. Receptionists are always willing to help whether in surgery or over the phone. Very grateful to be a patient at this surgery.

Wow. The new manager is amazing. I’ve spoken to her a few times and she really listens. I suggested a change at the surgery and within a few days she had implemented it. Well done and thank you

Wow how fantastic is the new practice manager. She was so lovely and helpful. Thank you Dr for finding her. I live this surgery and now you have a fantastic manager I think I love it even more
