Called this immediately at 8am had sensation of dread when I was informed I was 22nd in the queue. I needn't have worried, there was a call back system. I received an appointment for the same day with the lovely ANP who dealt professionally with my concerns, excellent service

I just wanted to say thank you very much to the staff and the doctors at tunstall primary Care. They have gone above and beyond to help me in getting in to see doctors aswell as helping me with any questions I have. I always leave with peace of mind. Thank you all ever so much. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the care we have received from the practice. All the personnel are helpful, efficient and polite. Despite the national view that it is ‘difficult to see a doctor’ we have not found this to apply to your practice. With a little forethought we have been able to see doctor, nurse or pharmacist.

Almost at all times can get a face to face appointment on the day. Can often see the same doctor who does not rush the consultation. Explains everything simply. All staff very polite and very helpful. Everyone gives me confidence. My experiences could not have been better if I had paid privately.
