I moved to the area so was very worried about switching doctors however I’m so glad with my choice! Each time I’ve been seen the Drs and Nurses are professional and really listen to you! They are up to date, modern and getting an appointment is easy! So glad I registered with them, I should have done it sooner!

I find all the doctors in this practice the best. I receive the best care.Today I was treated like royalty y the doctors and given me an urgent appointment when I needed one. Whenever I need help they are all ready to help. The doctors take so much of their personal time for mine and my families care. They are always so caring and supportive. No words can describe how helpful they are. Never seen a surgery where all the doctors are so friendly and thorough. I’ve not had any involvement with the other healthcare professionals but I’m sure they are equally good. I give 5 stars for this establishment. Keep up the good work

Review titled Best overall GP service

I moved to Trinity Medical centre about 18 months ago. I was apprehensive about moving GP's having been with my previous one for many years. I have to say it's the best thing I ever did. The staff here are professional, friendly and efficient. They have recently upgraded their phone system which has helped improve the service even further. The reception team and secretaries are so helpful and friendly & they always deal with requests quickly & efficiently. I have seen one of the GP’s here on several occasions and they have been patient, understanding, compassionate, professional, thorough and efficient. I have not had any problems getting appointments whether it's with the nurse or GP. I cannot fault the service here. It is simply the best overall GP experience I have ever received. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Many thanks to all the staff for their wonderful service.

The staff and medical practitioners at Trinity are fantastic! They have their processes and appointments accessible and I always find their approach to be first class. They are an example of how a modern doctors practice should run. The care and support they offer is great and I would recommend them to friends and family. It really goes to show that with a bit of thought and putting the patient at the heart of their thinking delivers success! Keep doing what you are doing guys. Thank you

Review titled New Telephone System Is A Game Changer

Having suffered from not being able to get through for and appointment for years what a pleasant surprise to get an appointment via the new phone system, not only do you know your position in the queue but also the ability to have the surgery call you back is a complete game changer. Congratulations in installing this system which takes the strain out of contacting your GP.

my wife and I moved from spain back to the uk and needed to register with a local gp practice. blythe bridge ticked the boxes. we registered online prior to leaving spain and within a couple of hours had a text message to call and make appointments for a 1st assessment with a nurse. when we saw her, she took bloods, made appointments for each of us to see one of the gp's, and did a full assessment of our health. The gp's could not have been kinder, and arranged all the necessary referrals for ongoing care to be transferred to the stoke university hospital. people knock the nhs every day with complaints about delays and poor service, but my wife and I could not have been more pleased with the level of service we have received. well done to trinity medical centre, long may it continue.

This is a great practice, the doctors are very thorough and friendly. I never have a problem getting an appointment or getting through on the phones. GPs are getting a lot of stick at the minute so I thought I’d write something positive for a change.
